I received my license to fit and dispense hearing instruments in December 1994, and I owned and operated Lone Star Hearing Aids for 10 years. In March 2004, I joined NewSound Hearing Centers. My passion for the past 23 years has been to improve the quality of life for people by helping them hear the sweet sounds of life. Customer care and satisfaction are a top priority for me!
I enjoy fishing, hunting, and raising fresh vegetables in my garden.
Audio Tech/Lab Tech
When patients experience hearing loss, it is not uncommon for their lives to take a drastic change. My goal every day is to help them as well as their families understand the repercussions, which include depression, denial, and feelings of isolation. I truly enjoy helping them deal with this life stressor and show them all the beautiful sounds they are missing. I have been in the hearing industry since 2001 and joined NewSound in 2003. I have been enjoying every minute!
I am a mother of two (boy and girl) and married my high school sweetheart 17 years ago; we are still going strong! We enjoy family time and taking off on unplanned trips (as long as our English bulldog can be boarded).
Patient Services Coordinator
I began working for NewSound in August 2012. Prior to that, I lived in Colorado and worked in the medical field for 40 years as a social worker and in admissions/marketing. I retired to my family ranch in September 2011 with my husband. However, I realized I missed working with people.
I am now the patient services coordinator in our San Angelo office, and I pride myself in running a smooth-sailing ship. My husband and I enjoy spoiling our grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
